Couch to 5k Inniskeen style returns on Monday 29th Sept at 8:00pm - registration from 7:40 on the night. Back on the whistle is the 1 and only Paul Lynch - 2 evenings out (Mon & Thur) and reminder this is for all levels - walkers to runners. Everyone welcome and hope to do the actual 5k 8 weeks following. All same as before - €50 (included in the day registration) looking forward to seeing you all.
