Inniskeen Rounders
Inniskeen Grattans GAA played their first Rounders game on Sunday last in the All Ireland Mixed Junior league against Carrickmacross. It was an exciting game with both teams matching the scores in the first two innings, Inniskeen took an advantage in the third which Carrickmacross pulled back in the 4th. With it all coming down to the final inning both teams closed out with no runs conceded and it ended in a 9-9 draw.
If anyone interested in trying it out practice on Sunday morning at 11.30 please come along.

The U9 Keeva Kelly Tournament was held today to round off the Countryfest. We welcomed teams from Donaghmoyne, Cooley, Mullahoran, Crossmaglen and Kingscourt. There was great talent on display from all the teams in very competitive games. Huge congratulations to the tournament winners Kingscourt.
Thanks to all the clubs, coaches, parents and the 3 refs. Thanks to Sean Jones Monaghan County player for presenting the medals. The cup was presented by Eimear Kelly and Ellie Meegan on behalf of the Kelly Family. Well done to all involved.

U13s football
This week saw our three teams compete in the first round of the league. Our Division 1 and Division 5 teams had good home wins over Castleblayney and Corduff respectively. Our Division 6 team narrowly lost in an away game to Truagh. Training as normal this week.
No Dogs allowed on the grounds
It has come to our attention where there has been reported many cases where footballers and walkers have unfortunately stood on dogs (business) as owners are not picking up or been responsible for their dogs when out on the track or in around the grounds.
Unfortunately as a result we can no longer allow dogs in on the grounds for this reason.
